I'm Sean Evans, project manager here at Silverback Painting — and proud to be part of a company built on doing things the right way. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction and home improvement, I oversee each job with a focus on quality, communication, and keeping things on schedule. My role is to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish, and that our clients always know what to expect. I take pride in helping our team deliver consistent results that speak for themselves.

We are hiring laborers and painter’s assistants to support our experienced crews. We’re looking for individuals with some experience in residential or commercial painting or construction — even if it’s basic. You’ll assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and light painting tasks under supervision.

After studying construction science at LSU and A&M, I have honed my skills to provide exceptional service to our customers. Creating Silverback Painting has always been a dream of mine. With generational knowledge and proper teachings, we hope to grow our name and the meaning behind it.
